You shall immediately cease using our services. ii. Any outstanding fees shall become due and payable. iii. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to be binding.
8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall FlexiDesk or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of our services.
